Atlantic Beach Sunset - North Carolina

This evening's sunset, thought it was going to be clearer but clouds made the sun disappear sooner. When I first arrived at the beach the sun was really strong, too strong to photograph straight on. Its amazing to me how the colors change as the sun goes down.

January 10, 2011 Snow in NC

Another snow day on the coast of North Carolina. Temperatures in the low 30's today and it continues to snow. Drove around a bit this morning to take photos, but it was a bit gray out.

I have not added any of these photos to the website yet. But the beautiful snow pictures from February 13, 2010 are available. Three of these photos are on display at the Core Sound Waterfowl Museum "Beautiful Snow" display until March 31, 2011.

BeachPhotosNC - Day 23 at the Carteret General Hospital Arts for the Hospital

It is day 23 for BeachPhotosNC Arts for the Hospital Show at the Carteret General Hospital in Morehead City, NC. On March 1, 2010 twenty photos went up on two walls of the hallway. As of today 5 p.m., eleven of the original twenty have sold and five duplicates have been made after requests were made. A total of 33 photos have been made for this and a total of 16 have sold. I am very excited about this and the event has been a great experience for me. Thank you to everyone that helped to make it happen.

BeachPhotosNC - March 2010 Show

During the month of March 2010, BeachPhotosNC framed photography is on display at the Carteret General Hospital, "Arts for the Hospital" hallway. The work went up this morning and will remain for the entire month. This hallway is located near the cafeteria, go for a meal and view my work.
